The New York Times — August 2017-Present

  • Oct. 2025 - Present: Staff Programming Editor, Video

    • Execute an editorial vision in a daily experience to provide news energy, relevancy and serendipity in a curation of shortform video journalism, on deadline.

    • Take into account search and social trends, homepage plans and stakeholder input.

    • Pitch, script and edit daily news video packages in several aspect ratios for publication onsite and on social media.

  • Sept. 2021 - Sept. 2025: Staff Editor, Audio

    • Curated a mix of audio journalism from The Times, This American Life, magazines, audiobook publishers and more for the NYT Audio app and Listen Tab.

    • Wrote headlines, push alerts and other copy to guide users.

    • Partnered with The Athletic to curate and commission sports content.

    • Produced and edited short-form audio, working with outside sources and Times reporters to bring print journalism into a new medium.

  • Feb. 2021 - Sept. 2021: Senior news assistant, Audio

    • Oversaw the migration of more than a thousand archival articles and podcasts.

    • Helped establish tone and curation practices from the app’s inception.

Radio Boston, WBUR — Jan. 2015 - July 2015

  • Boston University fellow. Researched, prepped, scripted and cut interviews and segments on daily deadlines. Produced coverage of the trial of the Boston Marathon bomber.

Living on Earth — June 2014 - Dec. 2014

  • Prepped and scripted host interviews, pulled tape from multiple sources and edited the final product in ProTools. Reported and produced two nationally aired stories.
